CCDI Dongxiying Studio has designed a high-density educational campus in the Xinzhou area of Shenzhen, integrating various urban functions within a vibrant residential district. The project addresses significant noise from surrounding roads by employing a rational site plan that optimises vertical and subterranean space, reflecting the organic growth of urban life.
