Aedas has transformed an industrial site in Shenzhen into the Snowflake Science and Technology City, a symbiotic complex that integrates industrial heritage with future functionalities, revitalising the area with a focus on high-density urban living. This project aims to preserve the legacy of the local brewing industry while injecting new life into the urban fabric through innovative design and community engagement.
