Pelli Clarke & Partners has designed a car-free urban district in Yibin, Sichuan Province, featuring a shopping complex, a digital art museum, and four mixed-use towers, all inspired by the local bamboo landscape. This 836,000-square-metre development is strategically located adjacent to the newly opened high-speed railway station, aiming to enhance connectivity and urban vibrancy.
