AL_A has been selected to design the UK's first government-backed prototype fusion power plant as part of the ILIOS consortium, which includes Kier, Nuvia, AECOM, and Turner & Townsend. This £200 million project is part of the government's STEP Fusion programme, aimed at advancing fusion energy technology.
