Settanta7 has commenced construction on Bosco della Musica, a new campus for the Conservatorio Giuseppe Verdi located in Rogoredo, an area undergoing urban regeneration. The project encompasses the redevelopment of a 17,400 sqm site, including the adaptive reuse of the "Ex Chimici" industrial building and the construction of four new structures for educational and housing purposes.
