Coldefy, in collaboration with CITYFÖRSTER, Sporaarchitects, TREIBHAUS.LAND, and Marko & Placemakers, has won the competition to design a masterplan for the Rákosrendező area in Budapest, focusing on transforming a brownfield site into a rewilded urban district over a 15-year period. The plan includes over 10,000 apartments, new transportation links, and commercial and civic spaces, aligning with the principles of a 15-minute city to revitalise the area.
