Kengo Kuma & Associates has unveiled plans for Qapital, a 32-story mixed-use tower in Quito, Ecuador, marking the studio's first project in the country. Scheduled for completion in 2029, the tower will feature a vertically organized program that integrates residential, commercial, and shared amenities, situated opposite La Carolina Park in the central business district.
