Qapital Tower is a 32-storey residential skyscraper designed by Kengo Kuma and Associates in collaboration with Uribe Schwarzkopf, standing at 128.5 meters and marking Kuma's first project in Quito. The tower is part of a broader initiative to enhance the central business district near La Carolina Park with international architectural interventions.
