UNStudio, in collaboration with Felixx Landscape Architects and Planners, is transforming the former Carbochim industrial site along the Someș River into RIVUS, a large-scale mixed-use district, with construction now officially underway. The masterplan aims to revitalise the area by integrating sustainable urban practices and enhancing the riverfront's accessibility and ecological value.
