The Labs Tower in Nicosia, designed by Eraclis Papachristou Architects, presents a contemporary mixed-use typology characterised by fragmented glass volumes and exposed structural layers, reflecting the city's evolving urban identity. The design intentionally avoids the conventional sealed skyscraper aesthetic, instead promoting a layered approach to public functions within the structure.
