Studio Weave has designed a new toilet block in North Paddington, London, using stone salvaged from a demolished office building to create a structure that aims to "express democracy." Commissioned by Westminster City Council, the pavilion replaces an underground facility that faced accessibility issues and antisocial behaviour, promoting a more welcoming public space.
