The Las Cigarreras Industrial Complex, designed by Ramón Esteve Estudio, aims to transform a historic industrial site in Alicante into a vibrant technological and cultural space that fosters economic, educational, and social activities. This project not only preserves the architectural heritage of the early twentieth century but also drives urban regeneration by opening the complex to future opportunities.
