iDEA's design for the Luo Hu One Pavilion and One Centre in Shenzhen integrates public transport and sanitation parking beneath a distinctive roof structure that responds to the need for land efficiency. The project aims to create a cohesive urban link while addressing the challenges of high-density development in the area.
