MVRDV's Nieuw Bergen development in Eindhoven consists of seven buildings, including two existing structures, and provides 237 new apartments that range from social housing to luxury residences. The project aims to enhance the low-rise district by introducing a "mountainous" architectural form that integrates with the surrounding urban fabric.
