The Luohu Library and Youth Activity Center, designed by Shenzhen Huahui Design and iDEA, integrates a large public building within the natural landscape and dense urban fabric of Luohu, promoting permeability and spatial openness. The project aims to enhance the site's character and the vitality of the surrounding city, embodying the concept of "Stacking Mountains, Layering the City."
