OMA, led by Partner Jason Long, in collaboration with Y.A. Studio, has completed 730 Stanyan, a mixed-use affordable housing development in San Francisco's Haight-Ashbury neighbourhood, providing 160 permanently affordable homes for low-income families and Transitional Age Youth. This project marks OMA's first completed 100% affordable housing initiative in the United States, strategically located at the intersection of Haight and Stanyan Streets, adjacent to Golden Gate Park.
