Zaha Hadid Architects has been selected to design a 198-hectare urban district surrounding the Baku Expo Center, integrating residential spaces within a preserved pine forest area. The project aims to accommodate the city's population growth while reflecting the firm's signature geometric style through a series of fluid, white buildings.
