The Chang'an Academy Xi'an Public Library, designed by Hong Designworks and The, features a sweeping white roof inspired by the pages of a book and encompasses 70,000 square metres of space for reading, exhibitions, and education. Located in Xi'an's Chanba Ecological Area, the cultural centre aims to enhance connections between people and the city while overlooking the Ba River and Olympic Sports Centre.
