Stefano Boeri Architetti has won the competition for Sa Casa, an affordable housing development in Ibiza that will feature approximately 190 below-market-rate rental apartments across four residential volumes. The design integrates a prefabricated timber construction system with adaptable layouts and communal open spaces, emphasising the interaction between the buildings, landscape, and public areas.
