The newly completed Centro de Atividades dos Trabalhadores de Haikou, designed by the Green Architecture Design & Research Institute of CADG, is conceptualised around the "Tree of Life" and organised as an "Ecological Settlement." This civic complex integrates cultural, sports, and training programmes while establishing a low-carbon urban oasis that is responsive to the local climate.
