The Si Hall Cultural and Community Centre in Tyumen, designed by A61architects and YYdesign, transforms a former Soviet utility building into a vibrant public space featuring a concert hall, exhibition areas, and a public amphitheatre, all interconnected by an orange pedestrian ramp. The project reinterprets the building's role, promoting permeability and community engagement while preserving existing crafts workshops within the new design.
