Berkeley Station, designed by Brooks + Scarpa, is a four-story, 13-unit community providing transitional housing for youth and permanent residences for low-income families, utilising a prefabricated modular system from the NEST Toolkit. The project prioritises environmental stewardship, aiming for LEED Gold certification, and features thoughtful design elements that enhance natural light and ventilation despite the challenges of a narrow site.
