The Shanghai Grand Opera House, designed by Snøhetta in collaboration with the East China Architectural Design and Research Institute, features a 146,786-square-meter complex that includes three performance halls, extensive production facilities, and public spaces beneath a sweeping helical roof. Scheduled to open on October 17, the project aims to enhance the cultural landscape along the Huangpu River.
