Modern Mokotów is a new mixed-use residential complex in Służewiec Przemysłowy, designed by BBGK Architekci, which embodies the "15-minute city" concept by integrating housing, retail, amenities, and green spaces. The project, currently under construction following the completion of its first phase in late 2025, aims to transform the area from a single-purpose office district into a vibrant, diverse urban environment.
