Stefano Boeri Architetti has been selected to transform the former Tbilisi Electric Locomotive Manufacturing Plant into Loco Park, a green neighbourhood and cultural destination encompassing 73,600 m². The masterplan aims to blend the site's industrial heritage with contemporary architecture, featuring extensive green public spaces and community recreation hubs, while already hosting large-scale cultural events.
