The Hii Morin Local Centre in Sotonikovo, designed by Novaya Zemlya, is a multifunctional public space that addresses the social infrastructure deficit in the Ulan-Ude agglomeration, featuring areas for sports, recreation, and community activities across a site of over 10,000 square metres. Scheduled for completion in 2025, the centre aims to enhance the quality of life for residents by providing essential services and spaces for local development year-round, regardless of weather conditions.
